The Story of Activeliving4all Coaching
Founded in 2017, Activeliving4all Coaching began as an endurance coaching service and quickly expanded into mobile personal training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching — even thriving through the challenges of COVID.
Today, we coach athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday individuals — helping people of all ages build strength, improve mobility, and stay active and independent.
From young adults to active retirees, our approach focuses on consistency over intensity, guiding each person to achieve what they once thought was out of reach.

Meet Coach M
Hi, I’m Marilette — or Coach M!
My journey started in a dance studio at age 5 and evolved into a lifelong passion for movement, health, and helping others thrive.
After an injury changed my path, I transitioned from dance to fitness, running, and coaching — completing over 100 half marathons and earning qualifications in strength, endurance, nutrition, and mindset coaching along the way.
Living with autoimmune challenges, lactose and gluten intolerance, and recovering from major health setbacks taught me the importance of daily movement, balanced nutrition, and most importantly, a strong, growth-oriented mindset.
These life lessons fuel my mission:
Helping ordinary people become extraordinary — by giving you the tools to move better, grow stronger, shift your mindset, and become the best version of yourself.
